Module 1 – Mobile Digital Defense Kit
Sub Component – Transport Solution Transport Solution will facilitate the transport of all items, defined as “Component 1 through Component 13”, with a single solution containing Components 1 through 8, and 10 through 13, and a singular solution containing Module 9. The solution is defined as a “case” or “cases” respectively; being constructed of ABS thermoplastic polymer, maintaining the industry’s standard in “waterproofing”, facilitating respective securing means as characterized in Army Regulation 190-11, having shock absorbing transport padding throughout, additional protections facilitating the isolation and individualization of items, and be black in color without identifying marks or gross branding. The solution will be reinforced to expect a reasonable life expectancy of 10 years, to include a manufacturer warranty or “guarantee” from vendor, against manufacture defects extending out to 10 years.
Sub Component 2 – Computer System Digital, Sub Component “A1” Portable computer system with integrated screen, integrated HID, meeting the following specifications: 2.9GHz hexa-core 8th-generation central processing unit, 32GB of double data rate, four random-access memory, graphical processing unit and integrated memory capable of 38FPS or greater, 512GB solid state non-volatile memory, case color schema within 5% variation #7D7D7D, alternating current transformer, exceeding 80 watts, 24-pin data disabled direct current electrical cable 200 centimeters in length, and dock/port replicator.
Sub Component 3 – Computer System Digital, Sub Component “A2” Portable computer system with integrated screen meeting the following specifications: 24 x 17 x 0.5 centimeters, fingerprint resistant coating, anti-reflective coating, 256GB solid state non-volatile memory, case color schema within 5% variation #7D7D7D, alternating current transformer exceeding 15 watts, 24-pin data disabled direct current electrical cable 100 centimeters in length.
Sub Component 4 – Computer System Digital, Sub Component “A3” Portable computer system with integrated screen, meeting the following specifications: 15 x 7 x 0.7 centimeters unit/screen size, unlocked non-carrier specific global system for mobile communications interface, case color schema within 5% variation #7D7D7D, 256GB solid state non-volatile memory.
Sub Component 5 – Computer System Digital, Sub Component “G1” Portable computer system with integrated screen and shall meet the following specifications: 16 centimeters unit/screen size, unlocked non-carrier specific global system for mobile communications interface, case color schema black, 128GB solid state non-volatile memory, alternating current transformer 5v/9v dual mode with 24-pin data enabled direct current electrical cable 100 centimeters in length.
Sub Component 6 – Computer System Digital, Sub Component “M1” Portable computer system with integrated screen, meeting the following specifications: 29x20x0.8 centimeters, 1.9GHz quad-core 8th-generation central processing unit, 16GB of double data rate random-access memory, Intel UHD 620 graphical processing unit, or similar/greater performance as the industry and market afford, 512GB solid state non-volatile memory, dedicated alternating current transformer with data disabled direct current electrical cable, and dock/port replicator.
Sub Component 7 – Development and Prototyping Component Containing: 1x software controlled, programmable, adjustable temperature (100-400 Celsius) with STM32 and replaceable tips, over heat warning and circuit protection. 1x soldering station with 70 watt soldering iron, vacuum pickup kit, hot air gun, spare heating elements, digital calibration feature, with digital display. 1x hand tool kit to include 6150 steel 4mm bit set (phillips 000,00,0,1,2 – flathead 1,1.5,2,2.5,3,4 – torx T2, T3, T4, T5 – torx security TR6, TR7, TR8, TR9, TR10, TR15, TR20, TR25 – pentalobe P2, P5, P6 – JIS J000, J00, J0, J1 – hex 0.7mm, 0.9mm, 1.3mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm – tri-point Y000, Y00, Y0, Y1 – nut driver 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 5mm, 5.5mm – square 1, 2 – gamebit 3.8mm, 4.5mm – spanner 6, 8 – triangle 2mm, 3mm – SIM ejection bit, oval drive, magnetic pickup, mobile cellular device standoff, 1/4” to 4mm drive adapter), Opening Picks, anti-static wrist strap, metal spudger, halberd spudger, spudger, 64 bit driver, jimmy, flex extension, reverse tweezers, angled tweezers, blunt tweezers, opening tool, suction handle, self contained in ABS case, wrapped in Nylon with securing feature.
Sub Component 8 – Auditing, Accessing Monitoring and Analyzing Network System Containing: 1x 6th generation auditing access point running open source operating system program, with Atheros 2:2 MIMO radios, CPU: 533MHz MIPS 74K Atheros AR9344 SoC, Memory: 64MB DDR2 RAM, Storage: 2GB NAND Flash, Wireless: Atheros AR9344 + Atheros AR9580, IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n w/quad integrated, radio amplifiers and 5 dBi antenna for a 29 dBm gain EIRP, interfaces: SMAx4, RJ45, Ethernet over USB, Serial over USB, 12VDC/2A, HID with payload 8GB SSD, quad-core ARM CPU,512MB RAM, payload selection interface, HID with p60MHz 32-bit CPU, Micro-SD, JTAG interface with GPIO and DFU bootloader, LAN Tap with 3G connectivity and Micro-SD (capable of custom module deployment), High Efficiency LAN Tap with RJ45 and USB ports drawing no more than 0.12A, 13400mAh battery with 5VDC USB outputs, 5 port micro ethernet switch, Retractable ethernet cable feature, USB adapters for standard integration – 1x 6th generation auditing access point running open source operating system program, containing Atheros CPU, or industry defined alternate of similar or greater performance (positive use cases of alternate chips, if chosen) : 400MHz MIPS Atheros AR9331 or industry defined, alternate of similar or greater performance (positive use cases of alternate chips, if chosen), Memory: 16MB DDR2 RAM, Storage: 16MB ROM and expandable NAND Flash, 2 SMA connected/removable antennas, external reset button – 1x 2.4GHz wireless development platform – 1x SDR 1MHz-6GHz half duplex TX/RX with up to 20 million samples per second – 1x wireless testing tool, <1GHz, USB – telescopic antennas – 1x radio frequency identification testing and development platform.
Sub Component 9 – Display Monitor Interface Interface will have a 3400 x 1440 resolution, a 21:9 aspect ratio; with a static contrast ration of 3000:1, spanning 86cm diagonally as a minimum, a 4 millisecond response time, viewing angles of 178 degrees (horizontal) and 178 degrees (vertical) respectively, be 86 centimeters, comprised of light emitting diodes, a color gamut of 88% (NTSC 1976), compatible with three or more industry saturated operating systems, over no less than 1 x display port, 1 x hdmi port, an100hz refresh rate, Thunderbolt 3 compatiblity, 2 USB-C ports, with one supplying 85watts of direct current power, a height adjustable stand 3.94” +/-, tilting a minimum of -14 degrees and a maximum of +34 degrees respectively.
Sub Component 10 – Digital Storage Component 1x 2.5 inch, 256GBs, SATA III, V-NAND, SATA 6Gb/s, trim support, AES encryption compatible – 1x USC 3.1, V-NAND, 3 x 3 x 0.5 inch or less external dimensions, 2TB – 3x USB3.0/3.1 dual interface 128GB drive.
Sub Component 11 – Networking Security Component 1x dual band WiFi router (2.4GHz / 5GHz) with 802.11AC MU-MIMO, 1.8GHz dual-core central processing unit, AiProtection – 1x firewall with quad-core C3558 central processing unit, 16GB of double data rate four random-access memory, 32GB eMMC memory, dual SFP+ 10GbE ports, 8 1Gbps RJ-45 ports, USB 3.0, 1U form factor.
Sub Component 12 – User Interface Components 1x keyboard facilitating 70M keypress switches, width of 19.9”, 1.5 mm actuation distance, with a total travel distance of 3.0mm, and 9 programmable keys. 1 x “mouse” facilitating a nominal dpi value of 1000 dpi, no less than a 500mah battery, dpi range 200 to 4000 dpi, weighing no more than 2 grams. USB dongle, stainless steel frame, rechargeable – 2x hardware based authentication device with near field communication and USB – 1x hardware password manager – 2x 26Ah portable charge, 1 x 12’ HDMI cable, 1 x 12’ DP cable, 1 x 8’ USB-C cable, 2 x 4’ USB-c cable, 1 x USB 3.0/3.1 HUB containing no less than 8 ports.
Sub Component 13 – Programmable Micro Controller and Prototyping Components 2 x Rpi0W single board computer, 2 x Rpi 3 B + single board computer, 1 x arduino nano 3.0, 1 x arduino mini 04, 1 x arduino stamp 02, 2 x arduino usb adapter 03, 1 x bundle circuit board header wires.
Module 2 – Shipping and Delivery (listed as line #02) Delivery to Ft. Campbell, KY, having no less than one representative on site, IOT facilitate a three day fielding, non-business days included, respectively, within 14 business days of taking final delivery.
Module 3 – End of Life Support Requirements (listed as line item #03) Upon notice exceeding 30 days vendor will provide end of life destruction and disposal service from client site (Ft Campbell, KY) to include disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies; at the time of disposal, destruction of data storage devices and affidavit documenting the same, sterilization of identifying marks and trace evidence in support of Detachment’s OPSEC policies with regard to digital media, and systems.
