CLARREO Pathfinder DC‐DC Converter Statement of Work

Requirements

1. DC‐DC converter network shall convert 120VDC nominal to 28VDC nominal.

a. DC‐DC converter shall operate nominally with a minimum input voltage range of 102.0V and 126.5V. Wider voltage ranges are acceptable. The minimum nominal expected voltage is 102V. The max nominal expected voltage is 126.5V.

b. DC‐DC converter shall output steady state voltage between 26V and 30V. The output voltage may not vary, but may be any value between 26V and 30V.

2. DC‐DC converter shall be rated to survive an input voltage of greater or equal to 160VDC steady state.

3. DC‐DC converter shall be capable of supplying no less than100W steady state per converter.

4. DC‐DC converter network shall be capable of supplying no less than a 300W steady state.

5. DC‐DC converter shall be 80% efficient at a minimum.

6. DC‐DC converter shall output a ripple voltage of less than or equal to 100mVpp at full rated load.

7. DC‐DC converter shall provide galvanic isolation between its input and output.

8. DC‐DC converter shall be evaluated as NASA part level 2 (class H for hybrids) reliability or better per the MIL‐PRF‐38534K standard.

9. DC‐DC converter shall be total radiation dose tolerant to greater or equal to 100kRad (Si).

10. DC‐DC converter shall be single event effect (SEE) hardened to linear energy transfer (LET) up to greater than 32MeV*cm2/mg.

11. DC‐DC converter shall have a lot date code within the last 5 years.

12. Vendor shall provide the options of performing pre‐cap and DPA inspections.

13. Work on the DC‐DC converter shall be performed in accordance with the quality system requirements of AS9100.

14. DC‐DC converter network shall be less than or equal to 1 inch in height, 12 inches in length, and 4 inches in width.

Notes DC‐DC converter network is defined as one or more DC‐DC converters configured in series or in parallel to achieve the desired output voltage and power.
