1. Is there an incumbent on this project? If so, what is the company name and their current award amount?
A. No. Who is the prime to design and build the QueSST airplane, it is Lockheed Martin. However, Lockheed is not involved with this procurement.
2. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this?
(Like, from India or Canada)
A. No because this is set-aside for small businesses and company outside the USA are considered large businesses.
3. Whether the vendor needs to come over there for meetings?
A. No
4. Can the vendor perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA?
(like, from India or Canada)
A. From a technical standpoint, Yes
5. Can we submit the proposals via email?
A. Yes.

6. Does this mean 10 production copies of the software – meaning, 10 total systems will be developed when the project goes into production; or, does this mean ten developers will be working on the project?
A. There will be a total of 10 production systems.
7. In any case, I need to understand the number of developers that will be writing application code.
A. There will be at most 3 developers.
