About this file

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the U.S. Navy, specifically NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, for various hydraulic and fluid system components. The solicitation (N0040625QS485) is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and seeks multiple line items including various types of elbows, hose adapters, and nonmetallic hoses with specific technical requirements. The items are predominantly 45-degree elbows and hoses with different internal diameters, working pressures, and materials (primarily CRES 316 stainless steel and synthetic rubber), to be delivered to SRF and JRMC Yokosuka, Japan by November 21, 2025.

The procurement is for brand name items from L3 Harris Maritime Power & Energy Solutions or authorized distributors, with a firm fixed pricing arrangement. Potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), provide authorized distributor documentation, and comply with various federal contracting requirements. The solicitation emphasizes specific technical specifications, including precise measurements for each component, working pressures, and material compositions. Interested vendors must submit quotes by August 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM, with potential for a single award to the quote considered most advantageous to the government.
