Work Week Sunday - Saturday
Overtime
1.4 x the normal hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of a 40-hour work week.
California: 1.4 x the normal hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 8 hours and 1.8x the normal hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours in any workday.
Colorado: 1.4 x the normal hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours in any workday.
Overtime in accordance with state and local labor laws.
Holidays 1.4 x Base Hourly Rate for all Federally Recognized Holidays when worked.
On-Call / Call Back
Physicians On-Call Weeknight On-Call Rate(s): Weeknight is a one-time flat charge of one hour of the normal hourly rate for a 15.5-hour period when a physician is required to be available by phone or pager and be able to provide phone consultation relative to their specialty. The weeknight period is generally 4:30 pm-8:00 am.
Physician must be within30 miles or 30-minute radius from the facility.
Weekend On-Call Rate(s): Weekend on call is a one-time flat charge of one hour of the normal rate for a 24- hour period on Saturday and Sunday when a physician is required to be available by phone or pager and be able to provide phone consultation. Physician must be within a 30 mile or 30- minute radius from the facility.
Physicians Call-Back If the employee must report to the facility, once the employee is onsite, the negotiated hourly rate times 1.12 applies for all hours worked.
Non-Physicians On-Call $5.00 hourly rate for providers to carry a pager and be with 30 minutes or 30 miles of the facility. Phone consultation included.

Background Investigations
