Quest Diagnostics http://www.guestdiagnostics.com and Sonora Quest laboratories http://www.sonoraguest.com/ are used to test placements for the following drug groups:
amphetamines, cocaine metabolites, marijuana metabolites, opiates, phencyclidine, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methadone, and propoxyphene.

The established FSS net ceiling prices do not include any costs for obtaining and/or possessing additional levels of security clearances in the performance of potential task orders issued against this contract. Work Week: Sunday – Saturday
Overtime Rate(s): For all SCA Covered Employees - Overtime rate is 1.4x (times) the normal hourly rate for hours worked over forty hours in a week. Non-
SCA personnel receive their normal hourly rate when asked to work overtime and/or in accordance with state and local labor laws.
For California (and/or in accordance with Federal, state and local labor laws) –Beyond eight hours in any workday or more than six days in any workweek: 1.4x (times) the employee's regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of eight hours up to and including 12 hours in any workday, and for the first eight hours worked on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek; and 1.8x (times) the employee's regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours in any workday and for all hours worked in excess of eight on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek.
Non SCA personnel will receive their normal hourly rate if asked to work overtime. Non-SCA personnel will receive their normal hourly rate if asked to work overtime.
Holiday Rate(s): SCA personnel receive a Holiday rate of 1.4x (times) the regular hourly rate for all Federal holidays only when worked.
Non-SCA personnel receive their regular hourly rate when asked to work on Federal holidays. Overtime rates will apply in accordance with state and local labor laws.
On-Call Rate(s): SCA PERSONNEL (Non-Physicians) Positions: is $7 per hour for SCA covered positions while in "on-call" status. The provider must carry a beeper or cell phone and remain within a 30 min/mile radius of the facility (or an agreed to radius by the task ordering facility). Phone consultations are included.
Call-Back: If the placement is called back to the facility the regular hourly base rate (task order) will be charged unless overtime is incurred. No minimum.
On Call Weekend: is $10.00 per hour for SCA covered positions while in "oncall" status. The provider must carry a beeper or cell phone and remain within a 30 min/mile radius of the facility (or an agreed to radius by the task ordering facility).
Phone consultations are included.
Call-Back: If the placement is called back to the facility the regular hourly base rate (task order) will be charged unless overtime is incurred. No minimum.
Weekend is: Weekend beginning 5:00 P.M. Friday evening ending 6:00 A.M.
Monday morning.
ON-CALL: FOR NON-SCA PERSONNEL (physicians) Positions: On Call is
$25.00 per hour on weekdays and $100.00 per hour on weekends while in "on-call" status. The physician must carry a beeper or cell phone and remain within a
30 min/mile radius of the facility (or an agreed to radius by the task ordering facility). Phone consultations are included.
On-Call Weekend: Weekend beginning 5:00 PM Friday evening ending 6:00
A.M. Monday morning.
CALL BACK: FOR NON-SCA (physicians) receive their regular hourly rate if called back to the facility. If overtime is incurred after 40 hours worked, they receive their normal hourly rate. Vendors call back rates will apply once the individual is physically on site and begins work. No minimum.
