Terms:

Work Week: Sunday – Saturday

Shift Differentials (e.g., evenings, nights & weekends): 1.1 times base rate

Any hours worked form 6 pm to 5 am Monday through Friday and all hours worked on Saturdays and

Sundays, a 10% shift differential

Overtime Rate(s): 1.3 times the hourly rate

CA: 1.3 times the employee’s regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of eight hour up to and including 12 hours in any workday, and for the first eight hours worked on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek: and 1.7 times the employee’s regular rate of pay for all hours-worked in excess of 12 hours in any workday and for all hours worked in excess of eight on the seven the consecutive day of work in a work week.

Holiday Rate(s): 1.3 times the normal hourly rate for all Federal Holidays worked.

On-Call Rate(s): $10/On-Call is defined as the provider on-call is to carry a cell phone and be able to provide phone consultation. The provider must be within 30 minutes/30 miles of facility. Call Back:

Regular rate of pay with minimum of two hours.

Physicians: $30 per hour plus provider must be within 30 Minutes/30miles of facility. Call

Back: will be at normal hourly rate unless overtime is accrued.
