Shift Differentials: (insert your actual awarded terms here– SEE SUMMARY OF AWARD) Work Week: Sunday – Saturday Overtime Rate(s): For all SCA Covered Employees - Overtime rate is 1.3x the normal hourly rate for hours worked over forty (hours in a week. Non-SCA personnel receive their normal hourly rate when asked to work overtime.

For California – Beyond eight hours in any workday or more than six days in any workweek: 1.3 times the employee's regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of eight hours up to and including 12 hours in any workday, and for the first eight hours worked on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek; and 1.7 times the employee's regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours in any workday and for all hours worked in excess of eight on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek. Non SCA personnel will receive their normal hourly rate if asked to work overtime.

Holiday Rate(s): Holiday Rate of 1.3x with the additional language of: "Holiday rate of 1.3x (times) the regular hourly rate for all Federal holidays only when worked". Non-SCA (Physicians) receive their normal hourly rate if asked to work on Federal holidays.

On-Call Rate(s): ON-CALL: FOR SCA PERSONNEL: $12.00 an hour for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners while in on-call status. On Call is $10.00 per hour for all other SCA covered positions while in "on-call" status. The provider must carry a beeper or cell phone and remain within a 30 min/mile radius of the facility (or an agreed to radius by the task ordering facility). Phone consultations are included.

ON-CALL: FOR NON-SCA PERSONNEL (physicians) positions is $15.00 per hour while in on-call status, not to include their regular hourly rate. When on call, the individual must carry a beeper or cell phone and answer calls. The provider will provide consultations and remain within a 30 minute/mile radius of the facility.

Call Back Rate(s): If the placement is called back to the facility the regular hourly base rate (task order) will be charged unless overtime is incurred. California overtime rates will apply as applicable. One hour minimum.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

621-004 Physician - Pediatrician Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).

Experience: Minimum one-year post-graduate experience as a pediatrician.

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

License: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state.

621-025 Registered Nurse (General) Education: Associates Degree of Nursing

Experience: Minimum one-year experience

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS)

License: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in any U.S. state, territory or commonwealth of the U.S.

621-025 Registered Nurse (Specialized) – RN Case Manager Education: Associates Degree of Nursing

621-033 Dental Assistant Education: Successful completion of a one of the following:

o Certificate or Associate Degree as a dental assistant/technician from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA) and 12 months experience within the preceding 36 months.

o Certification from a military dental technician or dental assistant school and 12 months experience within the preceding 36 months.

o Certification from a Red Cross Dental Assistant course and 12 months experience within the preceding 36 months.

o Graduation from a state accredited program for dental assistants or dental technology within the preceding 12 months.

Experience: Minimum one-year experience in specialty

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS), and Certification in radiography.
