FTMobility Warranty Amended for Government Use

FTMobility warrants and implies the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract for a period of 3 years.
If your product is found, to have defects in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, FTMobility will either: supply you with a new product or product component;or repair at FTMobility's cost. Any replacements issued under this warranty shall be new and unused.

52.212-4 (o) (TAILORED) Warranty: The Contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract. In the event that the terms of the contractor’s standard commercial warranty conflict with the warranty terms contained in this clause, the terms of this clause will govern this contract, unless some other resolution is specified in the award document.
52.212-4 (p) (TAILORED) Limitation of liability: Except as otherwise provided by an express warranty, the contractor will not be liable to the Government in a breach of warranty action for consequential damages resulting from any defect or deficiencies in accepted items. In the event that the terms of the contractor’s standard commercial warranty/limitation of liability clause(s) place greater limits on the contractor’s liability than do the terms contained in this clause, the terms of this clause will govern the contract.

FTMobility Return Goods Policy Amended for Government Use
In accordance with solicitation clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Oct 2018) (a) Inspection and Acceptance. FTMobility will accept returned products under the following conditions:
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after date of inspection and acceptance. Policy pending reason for return but will classify as one of the options below:
• FTMobility will not accept installed items for return.
• FTMobility will not pay return freight charges for cancelled orders after product shipped to installer.
• If there is an order facility error, ordering facility will pay freight. Full refund of invoice price less freight if customer error, provided product is returned un-opened within 30 days.
• If error is due to FTMobility error, FTMobility will pay return freight.

FT Mobility Training Policy Amended for Government Use
At time of install, end user will receive adequate training required for use.
We are factory trained on the products that are available for install and service.
In the case that a contracted installing dealer is performing the work, that installer is prepared to train user in detail.
• -Training on proper operation of the mechanism
• -Best practices
• -Maintenance guidelines; to ensure device stays within the means of warranty
• -User manual handed off on each install
• -Service Contact info distributed for any future issue
FTMobility Commercial Installation Policy Amended for Government Use.
CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Installation and training included with any equipment purchase.
• Prices shown herein are Net (Discount Deducted).
• All orders must be placed through the FTMobility LLC and not through the installing dealer.
• FT Mobility offers other services, including wheelchair pickup and delivery. In the case that a lift needs the chair at time of lift install, this service can be arranged. Please contact
FT Mobility to obtain pricing.
Installing Dealer to include:
o 24-Hour Emergency Service—24-hour support to service the Veteran if an issue arises with the product after hours.
o Extended Labor Warranty—3-year warranty on parts including 1 YEAR on LABOR for lifts and seats and 3 YEARS LABOR on vehicle conversions.
o Quality Assurance Program (QAP) Dealers-All dealers are inspected to the industry’s highest quality standards o Factory Trained—All dealers are factory trained on the products they install and service o Local Service and Support—dealers are vehicle mobility specialists who support the veteran long after the sale with all their vehicle needs.
o Reciprocal Service Agreement—Service available from our national network of QAP dealers if the Veteran relocates or is traveling
