Attachment 1 – Answers to Technical Questions– Vehicle Inventory – Phase 2

1. Will there be a single point of contact (POC) per each agency per location or will there be a single POC for both agencies per location?

Answer:

There is one COR and you will have a POC for each location and each vehicle. The contractor will have a starting list and will be required to coordinate to inventory each vehicle.

2. Will there be original manifests for existing vehicle inventory per location to compare as part of the information reporting?

This project will develop an accurate inventory.

3. How much time is allotted to the agency POCs for coordination response to ensure ALL vehicles will be present and accounted for at time of scheduled inspection?

The contractor will be required to work with the site to inventory ALL vehicles.

4. If All vehicles are not present and accounted for at time of scheduled inspection, can this be utilized as acceptable for additional time request or change of schedule?

The contractor will be required to work with the site on inventory ALL vehicles.

5. How will the contractor obtain the telematics provider information and bar code data?

The contractor will need to ask the local POC if they have the information.

6. Is there a file size limit for the reporting?

The file needs to include all information and pictures.

7. Was an MS Excel file created during Phase 1 and will Phase 2 use that excel file or generate a new one? (Ref Task 2)

The contractor will develop the spreadsheet that gives all information requested and a link to pictures.

8. Attachment 2 - Price Schedule does not provide an input for travel, which is supported by the

PWS, page 10 section 4 statement above. Is the statement on page 8 section G of the PWS “Travel must be separately priced within the price schedule´ an error?

Answer: A travel line has been added to the Pricing Schedule. Please see Attachment 2 - Corrected Pricing Schedule in this amendment.
