Answers to Technical Questions II – Waco EUL Support Services
1. Will there be a pre-bid conference call or meeting?
Answer: No.
2. How many estimated hours per year for the scope of work?
Answer: VA will not provide an estimated number of hours for the scope of the work being sought.
3. Does the VA have an estimated budget?
Answer: VA will not provide a budget. This contract is a fixed cost.
4. Are there templates available to the contractor that VA utilizes for the PMP, Progress Reports, Feasibility Study Report, ALTA Survey and the Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment?
Answer: VA will provide templates for reporting documents; however, the selected contractor should know industry standards for the Section 106 process, Alta Survey, and Environmental studies that will need to be conducted.
5. Does the VA have an estimated trip count or travel plan to Washington D.C. or other VA Locations?
Answer: VA will visit the site on an as needed basis during the course of the project and the contractor may need to include in its estimate two separate trips to the site. Duration of the trip would normally be two days/one night.
