36C77624Q0125 – Milwaukee EUL Due Diligence Support – Answers to Technical Questions
1. How should we price deliverables 9 and 11 when precursor studies will determine the relevant PWS? It would be more appropriate to price these services once the PWS has been determined.
Answer: The bidder should consider best pricing for Deliverable 9 - Draft and Final Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (optional) when submitting their pricing. The bidder should assume no precursor study has been done related to Deliverable 11 - Draft and Final Phase I Archaeological Study (optional) when submitting their pricing.
