About this file

This presolicitation notice seeks responses for 12 medical RFID cabinets to be used with a UDI tracking system at the New Mexico VA Healthcare System Warehouse. Interested parties should provide their company name and point of contact, business size and representations, NAICS code 337127 size status, any existing FSS or federal contracts and whether the required items are available, and general pricing for market research by December 8, 2022. The notice states a solicitation may be issued on beta.sam.gov or GSA eBuy after reviewing responses. The required cabinets must be compatible with the facility's current UDI system, remotely monitor temperatures, track stock usage, and alert of expirations. The VA will consider setting aside the award for a service-disabled veteran-owned small business but may open competition if insufficient responses.
