NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
Project Title: Support Services - POD Storage Containers and Storage Facility for VA San Diego Healthcare System
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, Network Contracting Office 22 hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract for Support Services with The Severson Group, LLC to provide Eight (8) POD Storage Containers and Storage Facility for the National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic (NVSSC) equipment and supplies, hosted by the VA San Diego Healthcare System. The period of performance for this requirement shall be for one year.

NVSSC Office 8989 Rio San Diego Drive, San Diego, CA 92108
This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from acquiring these services on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for the aforementioned requirement based on the application of FAR 6.302- 3(a)(2)(ii). This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the action proposed in this announcement.
Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive and would not hinder the mission or objective.
Responses are due on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 4:00 PM PDT to the attention of Imelda Martinez, Contracting Officer at Imelda.martinez@va.gov.
