John.harrison2@va.gov This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This is a request for quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number 36C262-21-Q-0262. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 effective November 26, 2018, respectively.

The solicitation is in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This is a SDVOSB Set-Aside Solicitation; the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339112. ONLY RESPONSES FROM CERTIFIED SDVOSB FIRMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 22, headquartered in Los Angeles, California has a requirement for Surgical tools. The Contractor shall provide the products to the VA Los Angeles Healthcare System. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of the contract. The Government intends to award a single award firm-fixed-price contract. The order shall begin on the date of award.
