Question 1: Can we schedule a site visit to assist with putting the quote together, and if so, who should we contact?

Answer 1: Yes, a site visit can be scheduled by contacting the Contract Specialist, Krystal Zoufaly at krystal.zoufaly@va.gov.

Question 2: What are the working hours that our techs can work onsite if awarded this job? 8:00am – 4:00pm or can we work a graveyard shift so it’s not so busy during the day schedule?

Answer 2: 0800 – 1630 is the preferred timeframe. It is easier to gain access to patient areas with more staff being available for escorting.

Question 3: Can we obtain the latest fire alarm inspection report?

Answer 3: The fire alarm inspection report is not available; however, the equipment list attached to the solicitation has all the fire alarm devices and relays to test.

Question 6: Can Audio Visual be tested during the normal working hours?
