1. Are any vehicles necessary for the performance of this contract? No vehicle required stand only post. (Guard shack provide by us for night shift coverage), desk provide in lobby during day shift Monday thru Friday.

1. If so, what kind of vehicle would the Department require? N/A

1. Will the Department provide a separate line item for the On-Site Supervisor? No

1. Are lunch breaks paid or unpaid? Up to vendor if you pay your employee for lunch breaks.

1. Were their any vacant post during the current security contract? If so, were they addressed in a timely manner? No vacant post this is 24/7 coverage 365 days a year.

1. “The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, does not apply to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on price and past performance. Please provide three to five references with your quote that are recent (within the past 5 years) and relevant (similar size and magnitude) that we can contact if needed.” Based on the cited provision, what are the criteria the Government or the Contracting Officer will use to determine whether a contractor’s offer is fair and reasonable?
