This announcement constitutes the only notice and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is NOT a request for quotations (RFQ). The document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99-1, dated 07-16-2018.

Extended Warranty: 36 months purchased at time of sale of equipment. This warranty extends the original warranty for a period of 36 months for a total of 48 months coverage. All labor and materials will be the responsibility of MagVenture. Freight inbound to MagVenture and outbound to customer will be paid by MagVenture. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to MagVenture, Inc. as a result of this Special Notice. Sources must be certified and authorized by MagVenture, Inc. in providing the warranty, maintenance and repair services in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacture’s (OEM) specifications. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses should be sent to Nicole Do at nicole.do@va.gov no later than August 17, 2018 at 9:00 AM PT.
