Puget Sound VA Healthcare System is soliciting for a base and option year contract, The Lease of ScrubEx Machines for VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VA PSHCS). Three (3) large dispensers and three (3) collection machines for Scrub Jackets. Allows for 24-hour dispensing and collection of scrubs while securing of loss and unauthorized use of VA Property. Install, usage information and All labor and supplies are included. Services will be at the Seattle VA Operating Room (OR), Seattle VA Linen Department, American Lake VA Linen Department. VA Healthcare System properties located at 1660 S. Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108, and American Lake 9222 Veterans Dr. SW, Lakewood, WA 98498. A Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation.

The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 561210 and the small business size standard is $38.5 Million.

The intended period of performance is one year followed by four (4) option years.

Telephonic requests for information or the solicitation will not be honored. The tentative solicitation date is 07/28/2020 and the expected closing date is 08/04/2020. Interested offerors are advised to consult the solicitation for actual dates.

This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB sources. Offers from all capable and responsible SDVOSB sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their VIP certification is valid and registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (561210) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations.
