THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

The Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center located in Aurora, Co and the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 are performing market research to determine if there is sufficient number of qualified providers/firms for mass spectrometer. Socio-economic precedence are as follows:

(1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or

(3) Small Business to set aside

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Firms responding shall specify they can meet the required specifications:

Contractor shall provide the necessary UHPLC (Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry hardware, gas generator, compressor, uninterruptible power supply, computer hardware, software, access to necessary compound libraries/databases, application notes, technical support and training for an “integrated liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LCMSMS) instrument system”.

All interested parties who can meet the requirements stated above should respond to this announcement via email to Shawna.Baumert@va.gov no later than Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 12:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time). Interested parties should provide the following: Company Name, Company Address, Point of Contact, phone number and email address, DUNS number and capability statement for the services as stated above. Additionally include; two (2) customer references to which you have provided similar services, and your company business size indicate which small business category for which you qualify.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NAICS Code 334516 is applicable to this acquisition, and the business size standard for a contractor is 1,000 employees. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System Award Management System (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
