This notice is published for market research purposes only. This notice is open to qualified business sources of all sizes. Information is sought regarding:
1. The availability and capability of all qualified business sources;
2. Whether qualified business sources are Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), small businesses, or large businesses;
3. Vendor shall be and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service provided are maintained by the OEM. Provide verification when submitting quote;
4. If the items are available via VA NAC, GSA Advantage, and/or open market;
5. Size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334510 for the proposed acquisition.
Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. The Government is seeking potential sources for the Pentacam AXL All-In-One Table Top Anterior Eye Segment Tomography System described below or equal product(s). The equal item(s) shall meet or exceed the required item(s). For equal item(s): submit detailed documentation, (i.e. descriptive literature, specifications, illustrations, pictures) stating why/how the item(s) meet or exceed each brand name item (address all stated salient characteristics). All items shall be in a new, never used condition.
