Indian School Rd Phoenix, AZ 85012 The Contractor shall perform at least 51% of the maintenance outlined below:
The purpose of this procurement is to acquire maintenance and repairs for three low voltage, special systems and a wet fire suppression system for the Phoenix VA Medical Center campus at 650 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ. The low voltage, special systems consists of the following: Edwards Systems Technology (EST) Fire Alarm System, Dukane Paging System and Software House Secure 9000 Card Access System/Pelco Closed Caption Television (CCTV) System. The contractor is required to provide factory trained and certified technicians to perform preventative maintenance on the identified systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations as well as any National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) or other applicable standards (i.e. joint commission preventative maintenance schedule for fire alarms). Coverage for all systems shall include a 24-hour response time for service calls. The contractor is responsible for providing all parts, labor, travel, telephone support, testing, service call responses/visits and preventative maintenance inspections for these systems.
Notice to potential offerors: All offerors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov before responding to any Government inquiry. Additionally, all Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses or Veteran Owned Businesses who plan to submit an offer must register with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetBiz Registry located at http://vip.vetbiz.gov.
