///SEE CONTINUATION PAGES///

1. Is this a NEW or existing requirement? There was a previous contract, 36C25719C2011 which expired last year.

2. If existing who is the current vendor and obligation number? Contractor was GCC

Enterprises

3. The SOW in the first paragraph states “…….(Contractor shall field verify depths of

Grease Traps)……” is this a typo, since this is a Acid Neutralization Basin requirement not a grease trap requirement? SOW updated.

4. Does the Facility have a list where these ANB are located? We need to confirm access.

Attachment ANB Detail Drawings provides inventory and location.

5. Does the Facility have a better idea of the approximate sizes of each of the 8, (i.e. 4 each – 200 GL 2 each 100 gl… Etc) Attachment ANB Detail Drawings provides dimensions.

6. When was the last service completed on these units? December 2023.

7. Are there any particular working hours / days which the facility staff is requesting for these services? Typically performed on weekends due to traffic considerations.

8. This will require a confined space program, does the VA want this submitted with the bid? Previous work was performed without entering. Basins are at mot 42 inches deep. If contractor needs to enter, then contractor has to provide confined space plan and should budget accordingly.
