About this file

This document is an amendment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Non-Critical Reusable Medical Equipment (NCRME) cleaning services for the Central Texas Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (CTVHCS). The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions and extend the RFQ due date to April 30, 2024 at 12pm CDT.

The RFQ seeks to establish services for cleaning and disinfecting NCRME used at the Waco and Temple campuses. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning specific equipment quantities listed, which may change over time. The VA will provide access to Wi-Fi and badging for the contractor's staff, but the contractor must supply their own refrigeration and ATP testing supplies for quality efforts. Contractor staff will also require training from VA EMS/SPD personnel to perform the cleaning and disinfection tasks.
