Questions and Answers

Question: The Description and Salient Characteristics (page 4) and Price/Cost Schedule (page 14) indicate that the request is for the Denali 600 Power Floor Lift. It also lists the TC-300 Summit Vista as part of the specs/product description. The manufacturer has a TC-300, but that is a transport/treatment chair. They also have a Summit Vista, but that is a smaller patient lift. Would you please advise which of these is needed?

Government response: We do not need the TC-300 nor the Summit Vista as part of the specs/product description, however, need the lift that includes an oxygen tank/ IV pole plus the other features mentioned in SOW. An updated SOW has been posted.
