The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, Amarillo Texas Health Care System (WTXVHCS) located in 6010 Amarillo Blvd W. Amarillo, TX 79106 intends to issue a solicitation for “Censis Inventory Software Equipment.”
Background: VISN 17 desires to initiate/complete the implementation of their Laser marking System with the procurement of equipment and hardware necessary for the completion of marking and commissioning services for their instrument inventory system in Amarillo Texas. This SOW establishes the requirements for VISN 17 and its facilities to finalize all equipment and hardware procurement for the marking and commissioning of dental and medical-surgical instruments utilizing VA developed data standards and guidance. Please note that VISN 17 is on an established Censis SPS inventory management contract; All equipment and hardware awarded MUST be compatible for utilization on all Censis Data Optimization, laser marking efforts, and inventory management.

1. Hardware - Document Scanner
2. Sit-stand combo arm requirements (wall mount)
a. Comfortable documentation
· Work sitting or standing with 20" (50,8 cm) of height adjustment.
· Personalized fit
· Includes 5.1" (13 cm) of LCD adjustment, plus up to 43" (109,22 cm) of LCD and keyboard extension.
· Ergonomic set-up
· Back-tilt keyboard tray protects wrists from pain or injury.

The VA intends to solicit a contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a Sources Sought.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334118, Computer Terminal and Other computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing. This Sources Sought is not a request for competitive proposals. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207 (c) (16) (ii), all responsible sources that feel they can fulfill this requirement may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the VA. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement, and include: Dun & Bradstreet Number, and the Taxpayer Identification Number, along with documentation that the vendor is an authorized service provider of the equipment listed. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) must be listed as verified on the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database located at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. A determination by the VA not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the VA. In addition, the information received from this Sources Sought will be retained as market research only.
