1. Can we ship the equipment direct to the customer? Or would you like the it to go to the installer first? Please note it is usually cheaper to go to the customer. – YES.
2. Where will the equipment be installed? Address, building, floor, room? Building 2 basement, no specific room number.
3. Who is responsible to getting equipment to worksite? How far is the worksite to the equipment? – Vendor, equipment is within kitchen and accessible to back dock.
4. What manufacturer/model are onsite that need removed? – Unsure.
5. Can we dispose existing equipment with VA provided dumpster? – No.
6. Are there utilities to connect the equipment within 6’? – Yes.
7. What modification are needed for the utilities? – Not anticipated.
8. Is there any duct work needed? – No.
9. Will there be a VA engineer on site during install? – Yes.
10. Is there any special security or access required to get to the location? – No.
11. Can we do a site visit? – Area is current under construction, will need to speak with life safety.
12. Is someone able to take a photo of the area and email or text it to us? – Area is under construction so pictures are not available at this time.
13. With regards to Notice Id:36C2573Q0088, our suppliers would like to inquire if there is a loading dock on site? Yes there is a dock.
