Questions and Answers

1. Regarding the information stated in block 20, would we supply that info at time of award, or do you want that information included within the proposal we submit? Everything shall be submitted at time of offer

1. Can you please provide the current contract number these services are being provided under?

no

3) On page 26, Number 12.a. Can you clarify whether this requirement is to be met in-person, or virtually via webcast (such as Teams, Zoom, etc)?

While this requirement is best accomplished via face to face presentations, organizational requirements may preclude gatherings of the required size. I would say that the requirement is intended for in-person meetings with the possibility for the use of virtual formats as negotiated by the parties.

4)Number 12.b. How many administrative sessions are required, and the typical length of each session?

Given the large turnover of supervisory staff, Quarterly meetings of 1 hour duration would be sufficient to provide the required training. This would need to vary in the scheduled session times to accommodate multiple shifts. Alternating the offered 1 hour sessions between 11am-2pm and 4pm-6pm would likely be sufficient to provide access for most supervisors.

4a) Can you clarify whether this requirement is to be met in-person, or virtually via webcast (such as Teams, Zoom, etc)?

As above… While this requirement is best accomplished via face to face presentations, organizational requirements may preclude gatherings of the required size. I would say that the requirement is intended for in-person meetings with the possibility for the use of virtual formats as negotiated by the parties.
