The Department of Veterans Affairs, Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to CareFusion Solutions LLC, 3750 Torrey View CT, San Diego, CA 92130, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1, to provide commercial maintenance agreements on CareFusion Pyxis brand products on behalf of the VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System – Colmery-O’Neil VA Medical Center, Topeka, KS and Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, KS.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS; a solicitation package is not available. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition exists and that acquiring these services by soliciting competition is more advantageous to the Government. Written responses must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than December 7, 2017, at 4:00pm CST. All inquiries and submittals must be sent via email to: paul.landry@va.gov . No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be used to determine if competition exists and, based on that determination, whether the Government should solicit quotations from more than one source.
