Can we Load Bank more than one Generator a day?

Yes, typically 2 generators per day are tested when performing the 4 hour test; 3 generators are tested per day when performing the 2 hour tests.

The solicitation calls for load testing 10 generators. There is a 600kW portable generator on site. Do you want that generator to be included?

The 600kW portable generator is not included in this requirement.

The solicitation you listed does have the 4 hr. load test in the first year (base), but that work will not be performed until 2025.

The current contract expires June 30, 2024. The base year of the new contract (July 2024 – June 30, 2025) includes 4 hour load bank testing be performed in July 2024.
