QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

36C25223Q0577 - Mobile CT Trailer – Danville

Q1: Is there an existing pad/power pole from a previous mobile imaging unit?

A1: There is no existing PAD in the sense that one was placed specifically for the purpose of a mobile unit. However, the area we have designated for the placement of this temporary CT unit is paved with a slight variation in elevation. The elevation difference is very minimal and should be overcome easily by a mobile unit. There is power that is available, and it can be accessed. A temporary CT Unit has been placed in very close proximity to the area we currently have designated.

Q2: In your SOW, there is no specific number of days quoted for Applications Training. Could you have your client provide a specific number of days of Applications Training?

A2: Please quote for one day and make a note that additional days can be added at a cost of $xxx per day.

Q3: We would like to be assured that the power available at your specified sight provides xxxx power receptable.

A3: The facility will be working with the awarded contractor to ensure power hookups are compatible.

It’s my understanding there is currently no power at the location. Please provide power specifications in your proposal.
