* = Required Field Contract Opportunity Special Notice U008 Relationship Based Care Training Intent to Sole Source 53214-1476 36C25220Q0344 N 611430 Department of Veterans Affairs Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) 115 S 84th Street, Suite 101 Milwaukee WI 53214-1476 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Iliana Healthcare System VISN 12,1900 East Main Street Danville Illinois 61832, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to request quotation on a sole source basis with Creative Healthcare Management for Relationship Based Care Training Services. NAICS 611430 applies.

The objective of this requirement is to continue implementation of Relationship Based Care (RBC) Practicum to specifically improve the quality of nursing are and satisfaction of Veterans seeking care. Additionally, RBC will assist nursing leaders in transforming the practice culture and successfully achieving the Veteran Centered Care principles.

Creative Health Care Management is the only consultant that is licensed and qualified to provide the necessary requirements for continuation of implementation of RBC throughout VA Iliana Health Care System.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm CDT on March 13th, 2020.
