36C252-19-Q-0114 – SPECIAL: Expression MR400 Patient Monitors Obligation: 607-A90023 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring two (2) Invivo Expression Patient Monitors (MR400) for the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, in Madison Wisconsin.
The Government intends to make a Sole-Source Award will be made to Glomax (Duns: 604223912), a CVE Verified SDVOSB. IAW VETERANS FIRST procurement, 38 USC 8127(b), Public Law 109-461 section 502, VAAR 819-7007. And FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency. Citation 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2) Interested persons may identify their interest by responding to the Contracting Officer at mark.graveline@va.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all responses received before 10:00 a.m., CT, on 14 March 2019 will be reviewed and evaluated by the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
