* = Required Field Contract Opportunity Special Notice J065 NIN FastPaks Service Maintenance 48105 36C25020C0165 N 334514 Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System Network Contracting Office 10 2215 Fuller Road Ann Arbor MI 48105 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Parata Systems, LLC of Durham, NC for an initial inspection and comprehensive service plan which will include equipment service, software support, and software licenses on FastPak devices. NAICS 334514 applies, The small business size standard is 750 employees. The Contractor shall provide all parts and labor for an initial inspection and comprehensive service plan which will include equipment service, software support, and software licenses on FastPak devices at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, located in the Marion campus pharmacy at 1700 E 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953 and in the Fort Wayne campus pharmacy at 2121 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805, for the period of Date of Award through July 31, 2020 with three (3) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract.. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:30 pm on August 15, 2020. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be emailed to Janel.Tate-Montgomery@va.gov.
