INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, intends to enter into a sole source procurement for a BK Medical BK3000 Ultrasound System for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), 38 U.S.C. 8127(b), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute), and under the authority of VAAR 819.7007, Sole Source Awards to a Verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order to Four Points Technology, 14900 Conference Center Drive, Suite 100, Chantilly, VA 20151. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334510 and the Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees.

The estimated value of this acquisition is approximately $130,000.00. The estimated award date is on or before August 22, 2019.
