NAICS 541690 applies, the small business size standard is $15,000,000. The contractor shall perform work at Battle Creek VAMC, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037. All work shall be performed during normal business hours 0800 - 1630 hrs. local time Monday – Friday unless otherwise specified and approved by the Contracting Officer.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 3:00 pm EST on 8/30/2019. No telephonic inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be e-mailed or mailed to VA Ann Arbor NCO10 Contracting Office, Attn: Kyle Lipper, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
