CONTINUATION PAGE
The purpose of this modification to the Solicitation is to provide answers to submitted questions, update the extension for the Contract Specialist, Donna Sizemore, and provide a new Atch 1 Duties document.
Questions Submitted:
| Q1. | I do not see where you want coolant filter changed. If generator has one do you want this included in price. |
| A1. | Yes, if a coolant filter needs changed, include that in your price. Additionally, be sure to annotate on your quote which Generator’s you identified with coolant filters that may need to be changed. |
| Q2. | When I originally quoted this project, Markus was asking for fuel samples, I do not see fuel samples in the SOW. |
| A2. | This requirement does not require fuel samples. The Dayton VA has a separate contract for the large fuel tanks. It does, however, look at oil samples, refer to Item 80 on the Atch 1 Duties document, updated and attached to this modification. |
| Q3. | I also was wondering if a quote on my standard Sales Quote sheet was sufficient? |
| A3. | Yes, so long as your quote addresses the entire scope of work and provides separate pricing for the four option years. |
New phone extension for Contract Specialist, Donna Sizemore, is 937.268.6511 ext 3568. DO NOT use 2324 as it does not work anymore.
