University Avenue Cincinnati OH 45219 Chris Blazejewski Contract Specialist 513-559-3707 christopher.blazejewski@va.gov christopher.blazejewski@va.gov Alaris Infusion System Devices (Infusion Pumps) upgrade/replacement The Cincinnati VA Medical Center requires new infusion pumps (PC units), new pump modules, new PCA (patient controlled analgesic) modules, new EtCO2 (end title CO2) modules, and the corresponding system manager software for each device and training. The new infusion pumps and modules will be replacing the older units. The pumps these newer units are replacing are nearing their end-of-life and require replacement. These pumps must be replaced in order to maintain a quality level of patient care. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. If you are quoting “or equal” equipment, you must follow the instructions in VAAR 852.211-73 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (JAN 2008). New equipment only. Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM equipment. No remanufactures or gray market items will be acceptable. FOB Destination. No partial quotes. All items must be quoted and identified. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. Quotes, by email only, are due by Monday 08/27/18, 12:00 pm (noon).
