Per our GSA contract and as a standard industry practice, at least one-hour travel is allowed on the front end.
Contractors can choose to use either their GSA contract or not when submitting their quote, but not both. If using a GSA contract contractor shall clearly identify GSA contract number.

Per 4.2.2., The Contractor shall install the electrical connections within the systems panels and the installation of system power poles or base feeds. The contractor shall communicate prior to the need of an electrician on site to work in conjunction with his/her team of installers. That said, does this mean that the VA Miami will provide the resources for electrical disassembly/reassembly or must we provide an electrician?
The VA Miami will provide the resources for electrical disassembly/reassembly which it will handle by a VA Engineering Service Electrician.
