Work will include but is not limited to maintain sediment prevention measures and cleaning of catch basins/manholes, drop inlets, piped outfalls structures, pipe cleaning, sediment removal and channel maintenance.
The stormwater infrastructure of the facility contains approximately 110 storm drains. The Contractor shall be prepared to work and have resources (labor, materials and equipment) necessary to complete the above-mentioned tasks.
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 562998 (All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services), and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be S216 (Housekeeping – Facilities Operation Support).
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This is not a solicitation. If there is sufficient interest, a solicitation shall be posted on the FBO website.
Interest/capability statements shall be submitted to Wilfredo Perez via e-mail at wilfredo.perez3@va.gov by May 12, 2020 at 3:00PM EST. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
Please provide the following information as an attachment to your response:
1. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services under the same or a related NAICS codes.
2. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each.
3. Do you plan on responding to a solicitation for this requirement with a Joint Venture utilizing multiple owned companies as majority or non-majority owner?
