About this file

This document contains a justification for a sole source contract award and a related notice of intent. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to ConexSys Inc. for their Hi-IQ interventional radiology software. The software includes subscription modules for quality assurance, patient room view, tracking, and inventory management. The estimated total contract value over five years is $1,059,012.25. The justification cites FAR 6.302-1 for only one responsible source being available to meet the agency's needs. Market research found no other vendors capable of providing the required proprietary software. The notice states the participating locations that will receive the software and lists the deliverables as the Hi-IQ subscription, licenses, training, and interface with Vista. Responses to the notice are due by May 19, 2020.
