Salient Characteristics

Ambulatory Cardiac Telemetry

The system shall combine the technology of a 3-channel ambulatory cardiac telemetry platform and remote retrieval of digital holter data, to provide an in-depth arrhythmia diagnosis and management solution in a single easy to use patient device.

This two-part service begins as a 24-48 hour holter analysis; in cases where the holter has been inconclusive, the service is extended to ACT telemetry for up to 30 days.

• ACT auto-trigger/auto-send features for abnormal arrhythmias during holter analysis

• Remote data retrieval using cellular technology for patient convenience and compliance

• Accurate diagnosis and quantification of AF and other cardiac rhythm disturbance, including:

– AF burden

– Heart rate variability

– PVC count

– ST analysis

– QT analysis

Standard Features Shall Include;

• Patient-friendly functionality for improved compliance

• Up to 30 days of retrievable ECG Memory

• Remotely programmable

• Automatically records and transmits daily recording

Unique Features Shall Include;

• 24-48-hour Holter analysis

• 3 channel ECG for more specific and sensitive diagnostic yields

• 6-hour sensor memory

• ACT enhanced reporting features with 24-hour heart rate trend report

• Heart rate average

• Arrhythmia sample analysis report (AF, Brady, Tachy and Pause)

• Number and duration of episodes

• Daily arrhythmia percentage

• ECG strip correlating to the baseline, daily, or manual recording and physician notification. All other ECG strips available on request.
