Offeror's quote shall meet/exceed the following salient characteristics for CLINS 0001 through 0005:
1. OCT Angiography System:
- Has both confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscopy and spectral domain optical coherence tomography.
- Touch panel interface allowing user to easily select acquisition modalities and settings.
- Panning camera head that allows the camera to move from side to side and tilt up and down to accommodate patient positioning and imaging in the periphery.
- Able to capture movie images via confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscopy videos in single frame and high speed modes.
- Non-invasive, scanning laser fundus imaging modality able to provide a map of the retina able to discover metabolic malfunction of diagnostic significance.
- Active tracking of the eye in real time throughout image capture period, to mitigate eye motion, and allows for a more accurate OCT scan.
- Able to capture multiple images in the exact same location in order to reduce noise.
- Able to provide high-resolution images and video sequences showing the dynamic movement of dye through the vessels and minute details of the parafoveal capillary network through scanning laser angiography.
- Remote image review and analysis through networking capabilities.
- Automatic retinal positioning technology, allowing to the system to automatically position the OCT scan in the same location to track change over time.
- Confocal Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope capabilities, with laser light and confocal scanning images.
- Up to eight (8) imaging modes: Spectral domain OCT, infrared reflectance (IR), MultiColor (MC), BluePeak blue laser autofluorescence (BAF), blue reflectance (BR) , OCT angiography (OCTA), fluorescein angiography (FA), and ICG angiography
(ICGA).
Attachment B
RFQ: 36C24819Q0537
-Up to ten (10) simultaneous imaging options: OCT+IR, OCT+BAF, OCT+BR, OCT+MC, OCT+FA, OCT+ICGA, BAF+IR, FA+IR, ICGA+IR, FA+ICGA.
- Up to five (5) separate light sources at the following wavelengths: 880 nm SLD, 815 nm diode laser, 786 nm diode laser, 518 nm diode laser, 486 nm diode laser.
- Fundus image field of view ranges from 8° up to 102° with exchangeable optical lenses.
2. DICOM Interface for VistA Imaging:
-Allows system to connect to the VA’s VistA imaging system.
3. Wide Field Fundus Imaging Module:
- Provides the standard field of view of a mydriatic fundus camera for all fundus and OCT imaging modalities, simplifying diagnostic protocols and facilitating detection of peripheral pathology.
4. High-resolution Anterior OCT Module:
-Enables high-resolution OCT imaging of cornea, sclera, and anterior chamber angles.
5. Delivery:
