Attachment #1 RFQ VA248-18-Q-0714
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VAMC has a need to procure a Brand Name Only, Stryker Corp; in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (2)(b)
Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions. The RFQ # is VA248-18-Q-0714.
This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 (01-24-2018).
The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned
Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). The NAICS Code is
339112; the size standard is 1000 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award.
Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The
Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
All quotes are due by May 14, 2018; NLT 2 PM EST via e-mail to: James.Roberts2@va.gov
The “Subject Line” of the response e-mail shall include “RFQ VA248-18-Q-0714. Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may at the discretion of the Contracting Officer be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
