Synopsis:

Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Atlanta VA Medical Center, Decatur GA, is conducting market research to find qualified vendors to provide the equipment described in the attached draft statement of work.

The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 621512; the size standard is $16.5 million. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should be provided in a capabilities statement which includes: 1) Offerors name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address; 2) Offerors interest in bidding on the solicitation when it is issued; 3) Offerors capability to perform a contract of this magnitude and complexity and three examples of comparable work performed within the past five years with a brief description of the project, customer name, and dollar value of the project) ; and 4) Offerors Business Size (Large Business, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned and/or Small Business, 8(a)) and DUNS number. If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (see internet site: http://www.sam.gov).

Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email) and received by September 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM EST. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on website http://www.sam.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. 1.0 BACKGROUND

The facility Anesthesia service require (1) Mobile MRI compatible Gas Analyzer Patient Monitor with CO2 measurement for the Atlanta VA 1st Fl. MRI Suite

2.0 SCOPE

The vendor/contractor shall provide Anesthesia Service with (1) MRI Gas Analyzer Patient Monitor that can display ECG, Pulse Oximetry, NIBP, Invasive Pressures, Temperature, CO2 waveforms and Anesthetic Agents Sevoflurane and Isoflurane.

3.0 VENDOR/CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

The vendor/contractor shall ensure the (1) MRI Gas Analyzer Patient Monitor mounted on a roll around cart meets the Anesthesia Dept.’s criteria of wireless ECG Module, wireless SpO2 module, 15” LED widescreen display. An 8-hour battery life for extended run time.

4.0 TASKS

The contractor shall complete the following tasks in support of this Delivery:

Delivery is by a third-party entity i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

5.0 DELIVERABLES

The vendor/contractor agrees to the following deliverable dates:

a. No installation provided by vendor.

b. Vendor will deliver the equipment within (30) days after the award to the Atlanta VA Medical Center Warehouse (no installation).

Security clearance is not required. Vendors will not install equipment/software or need system access.
