DESCRIPTION

This “Sources Sought Notice” is for the Asheville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) to determine sources for Generator Preventative Maintenance and Inspections for five (5) generators to include:

1. Cummins model #DFLC-4491118 SN:L000190112

2. CAT model: SR-4 serial #6M01125 Arrangement #76-1618 Sales Model #3508 KVA: 812 KW:650 PF:.8 HERTZ: 60 RATED PRIME, VOLTS:480, AMPS:876

3. Cummins Model # DQGAA – 10475844 SN: #B120310041, 3-PHASE, 480 VOLTS, 1879.5 AMPS, 1250 KW

4. - Kohler 155KW – 190 KVA -400AMPS, single phase 120-208 Volts, Engine S/N – PE6068N001560 – Generator S/N SGM32JPCZ

5. Generac 500KW – 625KVA – 1600 AMPS, 3 Phase 120-208 volts, Engine – S/N MGDF5333N12533E, Generator S/N – 1048762710 at the Asheville VAMC.

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. This is not a request for bids, quotes, or proposals. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement addressing its capabilities, capacity, and location which shall be considered by the agency.

This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

Interested parties submitting a response to this inquiry must include the following information: capability statement, name, and address of company; NAICS Code; DUNS number: business size (large, small, VOSB, or SDVOSB); identify applicable socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information which demonstrates the firm’s ability to meet the above requirement. All responses shall be submitted no later than Wednesday, March 5, 2024, by 10:00 PM EST.
