1.Per existing contract, we are committed to emergency calls upon request from COR (Keith Shepperson) for two hours per call up to $1,500.
2.With an attached addendum it has been agreed upon that if our technician is on site diagnosing the issue and we begin running over the two-hour time frame, Keith Shepperson can verbally request of the technician to continue until the issue is rectified or until a point where the issue has been identified and a formal quote for repair can be issued.
3.The following steps should be adhered to in this scenario:
a.The diagnosing technician will inform the customer that the two-hour diagnostic time is approaching.
b.The technician will also inform the customer of whether the problem has been diagnosed, almost rectified, identified and a written quote will be submitted or if more diagnostic time is needed.
c.The COR will determine if he wants the technician to continue onsite and will relay this to the technician.
d.The technician will call the RC to inform of the request from the customer.
