DESCRIPTION

This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest in seeking: VA certified Service-Disabled Veteran owned Business (SDVOSB); Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Small Business for small business concerns. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Your responses will be due by Wednesday, January 05, 2022 3:00PM (EST) to the point of contact listed below. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, and the Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Medical Center anticipate a delivery for Endoscope Drying & Storage Cabinets. This is a VHA Directive requirement for the facility to obtain equipment.

Equipment:

1. 6000 Ser Endo Drying Cbnt 20 Scopes Hepa, Main, 1 each

1. Reliance 6000 Series Stainless-Steel Endoscope Storage and Drying Cabinet, 10 Scopes, HEPA, Add-On,1 each

1. Install Reliance 4000/5000/6000 Cabinet, 1 each

1. Install Reliance 4000/5000/6000 Cabinet, 1 each

1. 6000 Ser Endo Drying Cbnt 20 Scopes Hepa, Main, 1 each

1. Install Reliance 4000/5000/6000 Cabinet, 1 each

1. Deinstall Reliance 4000/5000/6000 Cabinet, 1 each

1. Olympus 180/190 Series GI Endoscopes with Auxiliary Water, 78 each

1. Olympus 40/70/140/145/150/160/165/180/190/240/260 Series GI Endoscopes without Auxiliary Water, 4 each Place of Delivery:

Fayetteville VAMC 7300 Raeford Road Fayetteville, NC 28304 The appropriate NAICS Code 337127 and the small business size standard are 500 interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
