PRESOLICITATION NOTICE
Project #590-19-101 – Replace Roofs - Various Buildings
General Scope: The Department of Veterans Affairs, 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, VA 23667 has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor (including all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work), tools, and materials for the removal and replacement of various roofs of buildings located on the Hampton, VA Veterans Affair Center campus in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Estimated construction magnitude is between $2,000,000 - $5,000,000 NAICS CODE: 238160 Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about November 30, 2020. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. A date for the site visit will be specified in the solicitation when issued.
