X The purpose of this amendment is to address additional timely submitted technical questions:
A) See attached Questions and Answers.
Stephanie M. Patterson Contracting Officer A.1 TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Medical Coding Services
1. Page limitation exclusions do not mention Cover or Cover Page. Can those also be excluded from page count?
Yes.
2. In Section D - Technical Management Approach, the solicitation states, “The Technical Volume shall not exceed twenty-five (25) pages in length…” However, the term “Technical Volume” is not mentioned anywhere else in the solicitation, although the terms “quote” and “technical quote” are used. Is the “Technical Volume” the entire quote that contains Sections A through E and includes Pricing information, which by itself takes up 7 pages? Or is “Technical Volume” perhaps referring to only Section D?
Yes, technical volume refers to section D.
3. Is only one volume being requested for submission to the government for this quote?
The quotation may be sent with separate files but must be sent by email. Multiple emails are acceptable if size restrictions prevent a single email.
File details come from the government source that posted it. Updated .
